She is survived by: her husband John Mark Smith of Knightdale; her mother Rosalynd Jackson Phelps of Raleigh; and her siblings, Cynthis Phelps McPherson of Knightdale, Jane Phelps Phillips of Ft. Pierce, FL and William Timothy Phelps of Clayton. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
