She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Henderson Brown; and her husband Herbert Allen Hodges. She is survived by: her daughter Leesa FormyDuval (Curtis); her grandsons, Corey Hill (Rachel), Brandon FormyDuval (Annette) and Tyler FormyDuval; and her great grandchildren, Elliott Hill, Ada Hill and Brayden FormyDuval.
