With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Marie Goff of Knightdale, North Carolina, born in Neptune, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 25, 2024 at the age of 87. As we bid Mildred farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mildred is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Peer Reed and Catherine Elizabeth Reynolds Reed; and her brothers, Lawerence H. Reed (Valerie) and Robert P. Reed (Linda). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Brindley (late Kenneth) of Brick, NJ and Dennis Reed of Wake Forest, NC; and her children, Kathleen M. Rosato (Neil) of Punta Gorda, FL, Laurie A. Hausfeld (Michael) of Creedmoor, NC, Michael B. Henrion (Sandra) of Youngsville, NC, Robert A. Henrion of Wake Forest, NC and Bruce R. Henrion (Mary) of Wake Forest, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mildred was struggling from complications from Covid and was unfortunately not strong enough to continue the battle.
