It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Taylor Nowell Sr. (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mckay Nowell and Frances Evelyn Johnson; his brothers, William Nowell and Frederick "Freddy" Nowell; and his fiancée Mary Mahar Nethaway.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Taylor Nowell, Jr., David Nowell (Amy), Wendy Forster (Roy) and Denise Nowell; his sister Susan Davis; and his former wife Faye Johnson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
