She was predeceased by: her father D. Clifton Painter; her husband Thurman; her son James Thomas "Tommy" Davis; and her great grandchild Lillian Iva Davis. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Davis Bounous (Louis); her grandchildren, John Davis, Justin Davis (Jessica) and Taylor Bounous; her great grandchildren, Delaney, Jacob, Will and Sam Davis; and her sister Jacquelyn Painter Davis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
