She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Johnson and Bessie Johnson; her siblings, Robert, Bob, Emmet Johnson, Lottie Pipkin and Thelma Hil; her husbands, Garland Jones and Edley Wilder; and her son Michael Wayne Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Smith of Raleigh, Peggy Shearon (Paul) of Knightdale and Steve (Cathy) of Wendell; her granddaughters, Tammy Cryder and Kimberly Shearon (Amy); her great grandchild Taylor Cryder; and her sister Rosalee Brunner of Clayton.
