He was predeceased by: his father William Earl Wineland; his sister Patricia Ann Eboch; his son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Self; and his stepdaughter-in-law Mickie Dickenson. He is survived by: his wife Judith Bailey Wineland; his children, William "Bill" Wineland (Diane), Judith A. Wineland (Rick Thomson) and Cathy Self; his stepson Jamie Dickenson; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Brandi, Charlotte, Michael, Nicole, Erica, Donavon and Ragan. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
