It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonnie Jackson Medlin (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Medlin and Madie Cone Medlin; and his siblings, Vannie Medlin, Joseph Medlin, Benny Ray Medlin, Phillip Medlin, Eli Medlin (Smoky), Charles Cones, Recca Preslar, Wilma Marsh and Barbara Ann Medlin.
He is survived by: his wife Janelle Mitchell Medlin; his daughter Amanda J. Medlin; his granddaughters, Jamie L. of Pilot and Lailah M. Carlyle of Pilot; and his siblings, Donnie Medlin of Pilot, Madene Jones of Spring Hope and Ardelia Brown (Doodle Bug) of Pilot.
