He is survived by: his wife Susan Gay Temple; his children, Jerry Dean Temple, Jr. (Toni) and Candie Dudley (Gary); his grandchildren, Thad Dudley, Zachary Dudley, Cayla Ennis, Jordan Temple, Sierra Haithcock, Tyler Atwell and Cara Atwell; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Bradley, Bailey, Addison, Chase, Kaleb, Aiden, Sophia, Liam, Lincoln, Laila, Austin, Hazel Grace and Granger. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rock Spring Baptist Church Mission Ministries.
