He was predeceased by: his father Billy O. Fulghum, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Edyth Weaver. He is survived by: his mother Melba Moore Fulghum of Pleasant Garden, NC; his wife Sharon Weaver Fulghum; his siblings, Brenda Curtis (Randy) of Climax, NC and Billy Owen Fulghum, Jr. (Edith) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Edenton of Timberlake, NC and Harry Weaver (Vicki) of Salem, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
