She was predeceased by: her father Gilbert Crawford Myers; her son James Kevin Cook; and her sister Carol Rovilla Sellers. She is survived by: her husband Donald Edward Holmes of Knightdale Florist; her children, Michael Wayne Cook (Yana) and Melissa Carol Cook (Bill Sellars); her grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Plautz (Eric), Ashley Marie Cook and Diana Godlevskaya; her daughter-in-law Mary Wilhelm; and her siblings, Darrell Crawford Myers (Sandy) and Glenda M. Medlin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
