He was predeceased by: his parents, James Worthy Rosser, Sr. and Martha Cluster Jones Rosser; his stepson Thomas Cary Maddox; and his brothers, James Rosser, Jr., John Rosser, Hayden Rosser and Robert Rosser.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pickard Rosser; his daughters, Nancy Carol Rosser Jordan (Kent), Martha Ann Rosser McDaniel (Michael), Eleanor Carolyn Rosser Mejia (Rommel) and Betty-Lou Rosser Medlin (Tom); his grandchildren, Lauren Jordan Rose, Kristen Jordan Mangum, Samantha Mejia McNamara, Salina Mejia, Savanna Mejia, David Maddox and Philip Maddox; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Seto, Meagan Lambert and Dylan Medlin; his great grandchildren, Ryken, Klé, Olive, Evan, Cole and Eli; and his sister Pansy Marie Rosser Benoit. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
