He was predeceased by: his wife Nell. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Estes (Jim), Georgette Stone (Fred) and Dr. George N. Kahdy (Martha); his grandchildren, Mettrie Lari (John), Demeree Stone, Fred Stone, Dr. Kathryn Kahdy (Matt Debnam) and Dr. Kristin Broadwell (Chad); his sisters, Adele, Janette and Sally; his nieces and nephews, Wehbie, Salem and Mettrey; and also Virginia.
