He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Green Parrish and John Bruce Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Heim Parrish; his children, Michael, Charles, John (Rebecca) and Lillian (Spencer); his sisters, Patricia Payne (Eric) and Donna Ferrell (Bobby); and his brother-in-law Allen Lee Heim. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
