It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Allen Driver (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dewey has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Edward Driver and Emma Knight Driver. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Gardner Driver; his daughter Kimberly D. Rowe (Chris); his siblings, Thomas Driver (Celia) and Patsy D. Faircloth; and his grandson Wilson Ryals. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Knightdale Baptist Church Cemetery (264 Mailman Rd, Knightdale, NC 27545).
