She was predeceased by: her father Levi Hardy Whitley. She is survived by: her children, Neal Ciampa (Tammy), Mandy Parker (Jason) and Chris Richard (Mia); her grandchildren, Gage, Gavin (Deanna), Zoe, Thad, Braxton, Stella, Sophi, Levi and Nash; and her siblings, Janice W. Hicks (Dennis), Marty Whitley (Beth) and Randy Whitley (Lisa). She is also survived by four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clyde's Chapel Baptist Church.
