He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Napoleon Watkins and Minnie Minor Watkins; and his siblings, Curtis Watkins, Kathleen W. Gregory, Wallace Watkins, Rudolph Watkins and Douglas Watkins.
He is survived by: his son Chad Matthew Watkins (Micah); the mother of his child Ruby Leigh; and his sisters-in-law, Delia, Fran and Frances Watkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
