It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Howell Horton (Knightdale, North Carolina), who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lowell Horton and Leona Williford Horton; and his sister Paulette Ray. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Massey Horton; his daughter Cindy Horton Green (Eddie); his grandchildren, Michael Green, Madison Green, Zachary Green and Skyla Green; his great grandchildren, Princess Charli Green, Johnson Green and Bennett Green; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Massey and Mary Lou Penny (Tom). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
