She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Skipper and Mae Rowland Skipper; her husbands, Carlton Foley, Louis A. Todd and Thomas H. Holmes; and her siblings, Hilda McLean Fields, Glen and Milton Skipper.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Foley Brown (Steve), Jennifer Todd Mizell (Ronny) and Arlen Todd; her stepchildren, Jennifer Holmes Brock and Scott Holmes (Dottie); her grandchildren, Todd Mizell (Emily), Coley Mizell (Juanita) and Hanna Mizell (Charles Corey); her stepgrandchildren, Chris Brock (Cierra), Erik Brock (Mena), Wesley and Dylan Holmes; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Luke Brock, Evan Brock and Caison Brock; her sister Mae Carroll of Lumberton; and her great grandchildren, Bailey Todd Mizell and Georgia Claire Mizell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
