She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Annie Hudgins Lyon Pierce and Rev. Loy Van Pierce; her husband Reginald A. Stone of Dunn; her daughter Dr. Regina Stone-Edge (Jerry Edge); her foster daughter Sonia Paz; her grandchildren, Olivia Hernandez (Bryce Neddo), Dr. Oscar Hernandez III (Stephanie), Sebastian Hernandez (Jordan) and Isabella Giorgianni (Austin); and her siblings, Olavan, Chadwick, Raleigh, Llewella, Steve, Audrey and Guy. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
