He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leonard W. Ballard, Irma Windes Ballard, Charles H. Davis and Jean Copeland Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Joseph Ballard and Lana Kay Davis Ballard; his children, Ashlynn Kay Ballard, Austyn Shay Ballard and Finleigh Jane Ballard; his sister Johanna Estes (Kraig); his nieces, Charlotte Estes, Lilah Estes, Penelope Estes and Isabel Estes; and the mother of his children Kristi Ballard. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory (944 Old Knight Rd, Knightdale, NC 27545).
