He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Mary Mosely Barber; his wife Patricia Delgado Barber; his children, Donna Carle, Sandra Swegan and Dennis Barber; and his grandson Theodore Swegan.
He is survived by: his father Arthur Wyland Barber; his children, Debra Cox (Merriett) of Virginia Beach, VA, Sharon Olivarez (Leo) of Virginia Beach, VA, David Barber of Escondido, CA and Darren Barber (Patricia) of Valley Center, CA; and his sister Shirley Thompson of Napa Valley, CA. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
