He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Waters and Mildred Gurganus Waters; and his brother Nick Waters. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Williamson (Jeff) of Washington, Peggy Bullock (Edward) of Kingsland, TX and Carolyn Craven of Zebulon; and his nephew Phillip Waters (Sharon) of Windsor. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
