She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie F. Manger and William F. Manger; her sister Karen Hansen; and her husband Robert A. "Bob" Shelton. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Shelton of Ormond Beach and Connie Shelton Litt (Steven R. DeLeon) of Kitty Hawk; her grandsons, Robert F. Litt (Myra G. Litt), Joseph A. Sica and Alex J. Litt (Joshua T. Chadwick); and her pet Sophia Maria.
Memorial donations may be made to the Outer Banks SPCA in memory of Jeannie Manger Shelton, a woman who touched many lives with her grace and kindness.
