We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2024, at the age of 91, Alvin Chester VanCuren of Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, born in Olean, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alvin Chester VanCuren to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Faye; and his grandson Michael David VanCuren, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Michael D. VanCuren (Madonna) of Kitty Hawk, NC, Dennis W. VanCuren (Anne) of Maryville, TN and B. Keith VanCuren of Greenville, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

His favorite charity was St Jude Children's Research Hospital, and donations in his honor are welcomed and encouraged.
