He is survived by: his wife Shelia Kearney Smith; his children, Wesley Smith, II, Stacy Smith Tart (Tim) and Dwayne Smith; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Ben, Lacy, Daniel, Christian and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Jason and Bryce; his sister Elaine Couch; and also, Valerie, Braylen, Cheyanne and Zach.
