He is survived by: his children, Joanie Dickerson (Jeff) of Kittrell and Steve Edwards of Kittrell; his siblings, Mildred P. Hood (Eldred) of Zebulon, Janice Faye P. Carpenter of Wake Forest, Jimmy Pearce of Zebulon, Bobby Glenn Pearce (Doris) of Louisburg and Terry Lyon Bryant of Bunn; his grandchildren, Marianne Murchison, Cameron Dale Talley and David Edwards; his great grandchildren, David Lowman and Peyton Hunt; and his close friends, Margie and Wayne Pendergrass.
