He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley H. Fowler and Catherine Wynne Fowler; and his brothers, Ricky Dale Fowler and Harry Robert Finch. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Finch Hedgepeth (Henry); his nieces, Stephanie Finch Blanks (Mike), Kristin Keeton (Marty), Haley Ellington and Lori Blanks; and his nephew Brian Blanks.
