With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell Thomas Meehan of Kittrell, North Carolina, born in Cheverly, Maryland, who passed away on June 18, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria Meehan; his children, Angela (Billy Jerome), Marisa (Wes Ohle), Kayla (Chuck McMahon), Breanna (Zachary Wynne) and Lee Meehan; his grandchildren, Alexis (Anthony Wall), Caiden, Kane, Khloe, Elyse and Russell Lee; his great grandchild Lila; his siblings, Cheryl (Jimmy Simmons), Rick Meehan (Dixie), Cindy (Phil Ammon), Robert Meehan (Jennifer) and Steve Meehan (Holly); his parents, Richard Vincent Meehan Sr. and Carol Ann Meehan (Wossowski); and his grandparents, Thomas Meehan (Eleanor), Anna Rose Bolton and Russell Wossowski. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Russell's favorite charity St. Jude's.
Funeral arrangements will be held at the Donaldson Funeral Home, 313 Talbott Ave, Laurel, Maryland on Saturday, June 24th, 2023.
