She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gurthan Hayes Sr. and Peggy Hester Hayes; and her great grandchild Nyla Moon Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Rose (Kris), Jennifer Jacobs (Willie), Angel Whitley and Jeffrey Owens (Nikki); her grandchildren, Zachary Norwood (Anna), RJ Baker (Amanda), Hunter Norwood Morgan (Brayden), Madison Whitley, Willie Jacobs III, Jeremy Jacobs and Kalee Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Madilynne Baker, Magnolia Baker, Ivy Jacobs and Levi Jacobs; and her siblings, Deborah Elliott (Dickie), Willie Hayes Jr. (Marcia), Michael Hayes (Mary) and Steven Hayes (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
