He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fredonia Lovell and Lewis Taylor Harris, Jr. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Emory Harris of Wilton; his sons, Joseph Howard Harris (Ollie) of Wilton and Samuel Mark Harris (Teresa) of Wilton; and his sister Margie Mae White of Creedmoor.
