He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Brown Weaver; his daughter Amy Weaver Gupton of Kittrell; his grandchildren, Taylor Gupton Finch (Cameron) and Chase Gupton; his great grandchildren, Carson Finch and Daylon Finch; and his siblings, Layton Weaver of Henderson and Shirley W. Boyd of Rocky Mount.
