She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert M. Browne and Elizabeth Donnan Browne White; her grandson Jamie Boone; and her sons, Richard Reed and Jerry Reed-Burris.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie "Petals" Renn (Mike), Penny Lassiter Lundberg (Todd Whitley), Charles Dennis Sr. (Janet) and Bernard Roberts (Dale).
Upon her request, her body has been donated to Science for study.
