He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Howard and Myrtle Ray Allen; his wife Carolyn Baker Allen; his stepson Jones Wayne Hart Jr.; and his brothers, Leamon Allen Jr., Bruce Allen, Clayton Allen and Kenneth Allen.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Allen Cooke (Joseph); his grandchildren, Lindsey Cooke (Kristen) and Wesley Cooke; his great grandchild Wyatt Cooke; and his siblings, Bobbie Driver, Betty Sue Berry, Alice Jones, Glenda Moody, Ricky Allen and Timothy Allen.
