With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daisy Daye Cobb (Kittrell, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Daisy Daye may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daisy Daye touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerthia Daye and Betty Rhem Daye. She is survived by: her husband John Cobb; her children, Ahlah Al Salaam (Crystal), Nekisha Willaims (George Jr.) and Crystal Gill (Arlo); and her brother Phillip Daye. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis-Royster Funeral Service, Inc. (926 S Garnett St, Henderson, NC 27536). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (1390 N Chavis Rd, Kittrell, NC 27544).
