He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dorsey Finch and Rosa Bell West Finch; and his siblings, Cheatham Finch, Raymond Finch and Mary Louise Orr.
He is survived by: his wife Savannah Wells Finch; his daughters, Roxanne F. Emond (Patrick) of Boston, MA and Lisa R. Todd (Aron) of Kittrell; his siblings, Helen F. Wortham of Henderson, Molly Ann F. Hundley of Boone, Ruby F. Matthews (Buddy) of Kittrell, Henry Finch (Ann) of Kittrell and Kenneth Orr (Faye) of Rocky Mount; his grandsons, Jeremy B. Sanford (Michelle) and Kevin D. Sanford (Lauren); and his great grandchild Brycen D. Sanford.
