She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Dexter Sparks and Nettie Woodlief; and her children, Kenneth Milton, Randy Milton and Angela Milton.

She is survived by: her husband Russell Milton; her daughter Margaret Ann Tucker of Kittrell; her grandchildren, Albrie Tucker of Wilson and Jarrod Milton of Wilson; and her siblings, Margaret Dement of Kittrell and M. D. Sparks of Kittrell.
