He is survived by: his children, Gail W Langston (William), Gary Willoughby (Donna) and Joshua Willoughby (Veronica); and his stepdaughter Dawn Snyder (Jeff). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and sisters.
