Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Victor Cauley of Kinston, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 84, on March 31, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen William Cauley, Sr. and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Emma Jane Vik, Stephen William, Jr., Addie Ballard and Carroll West.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Sue Powell; his daughter Victoria (Robert Shaw) of Oldsmar, FL; his brother Jerry Dean Cauley of Evanston, IL; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Rebeckah and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Declan, Killian and Cooper. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
