It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila H. Tilghman (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on December 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Tilghman; her grandchildren, Cutter Tilghman, Seth Smith and Garett Smith; her father Carlyle Humphrey; and her brother Wendall Humphrey (Maria). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
