She is survived by: her children, Lindsey Carrow Dees of Port St and Harvey Hill Carrow, Jr. (Sheri); her nieces, Harriet Spicer of Winchester and Susan Fox of Kinston; her nephew Carrow Fort of Raleigh; and her granddaughter Casey.
