She was predeceased by: her son Tanner Lee White. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Burkette; her mother Sandra Kay Abbott Jones; her daughter Abbott Lyn White (Hunter Howard); her grandsons, Levi Colt Howard and Dalton Haze Howard; her brother David Jacob Jones (Melissa Bradshaw); her nephews, Jacob Christopher Jones and Michael Stelmack; her niece Jackie Stelmack; and her sister-in-law Diana Stelmack (Greg).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Garner Funeral Home (209 W Peyton Ave, Kinston, NC 28501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Sam Jones Family Cemetery.
