He is survived by: his wife Shelby Boyette Phillips; his children, Patricia Chase (Adam), Shelly Klakken (Marvin), Irene Herring, Shannon Williams and Ernie Davis (Patty); and his pet Rocko. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; along with two brothers and two sisters.
