He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Jane Martin Nelson; his grandchild Georgeann; his friend Café; his children, Kim Hazelgrove (Doug) of Kinston, NC, Bill Bright (Thomacine) of Oklahoma City, OK, Michael Bright (Bonnie) of Kure Beach, NC and Georgeann McLain of Fayetteville, NC.; his grandchildren, Scott Hazelgrove (Maddie), Myers Avram (Andrew) of Raleigh, NC, Ashley Gotcher (Britt) of Oklahoma City, OK, Wes Hazelgrove (Tori) of Kinston, NC, Tarrah Roberson (James) of Oklahoma City, OK, John and William McLain of Fayetteville, NC; and his brother David Bright (Gene Martin) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
