She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny R. Jones and Marie Ballance Jones; her husband Jonathan "Joe" Williams of Kinston; and her brother James Vernon Jones (Joyce) of Chinquapin. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Williams Mitchell (Douglas Mitchell) of Winterville and Tina Maria Williams of Greenville; and her brother Robert M. Jones (Bonnie) of Chinquapin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
After the Covid pandemic curtailed her door to door ministry, she wrote many beautiful letters and made personal phone calls to her neighbors encouraging Bible reading and providing comfort to those in need.
