He is survived by: his son Richard Randolph Rouse; and his brothers, Dennis Ray Rouse, Johnny K. Rouse (Becky) and William C. Rouse (Pam). He is also survived by five stepchildren, twelve step-grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
