He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Capps Williford. He is survived by: his children, Ralph L. Williford, Jr. and Sandra W. Rockenhauser (Jim); his granddaughters, Ashley W. Ledford (Stephen) and Brittany Leigh Williford; his great grandchildren, Anna Caroline and Kevin Layton Ledford; and his sister Eva W. Keene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
