He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Evelyn Decker Cauley and Millard Alvin Decker, Jr. of Beulaville, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Houston Decker; his brother Kim Decker (Jeannie) of Raleigh; his sons, Chris Decker (Jessica) of Kinston and Cameron Decker of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Anna Lynn. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and close friends he loved.
