It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Michael Lychak of Kinston, North Carolina, born in Glendon, Alberta, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lychak (Annie) and Annie Ratzoy Lychak. He is survived by: his siblings, Harry Lychak (Brenda Morris), Debbie Toker (Ken) and Valerie Lychak; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Kimberley, Corey, Colin and Nicole. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews as well as loving Cousins.
