We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 89, Peggy Hart Rouse (Kinston, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gracie Jarman and Fred Edward Hart; her husbands, Dr. John A. Parrot and Frank Rouse; and her siblings, Katie Aycock, Bert Laura Aycock, Gene Hart, Fred Hart, Jr., Billy Hart and Duffy Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Thigpen (Royce) of Kinston, Frankie Rouse of La Grange, Susan Ward of Raleigh, Rhonda Rouse (Gus) of Kinston and Sherry Jones (JR) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Katherine Gleason (Craig) of Raleigh, Royce Thigpen, Jr. of Sun Prairie, Amelia Muston (Matthew) of Kinston and Logan Rouse of Kinston; and her great grandchildren, Maggie Muston and Chance Rouse.
